How deletion works
- 1Send a deletion request by email or submit the request form on this page.
- 2Include the phone number or email address linked to your Casual Ledger account.
- 3We may ask you to confirm account ownership before completing the request.
- 4After verification, eligible account data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
Data that will be deleted
- Account profile information, such as account identifier, display name, phone number, or email address.
- Cloud account records associated with Casual Ledger, if cloud account services are enabled for your account.
- Support messages related to the deletion request after the request is completed, unless retention is required for safety or legal reasons.
Data that may be retained
- Records we must keep for legal, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.
- Minimal deletion logs used to prove that a deletion request was processed.
- Local-only records stored only on your device. You can remove them by deleting records in the app, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app.
Please do not send bank card numbers, identity documents, passwords, or other sensitive financial credentials in your deletion request.
